As Quintas Cultural Centre, on the occasion of the exhibition El Elogio de la Sombra (In Praise of Shadows) by David Magán, has edited a catalogue that includes an essay written by the curator Juanjo Aguilar Orellana, which gives name to the exhibition. In addition, Magán’s proposal expands beyond the temporary room of the museum, making use of the catalogue as one more exhibition support and proposing other “ways of seeing” and comprehending the pieces of the exhibition.
