I-B-02 is part of a series of wall works called Binaries, composed of two opposing elements. One is seven overhead spotlights that illuminate vertically downwards and meet a horizontal plane consisting of 5 coloured transparent acrylic panels: red, orange, yellow, light blue and dark blue. The interaction of these two elements creates a light pattern on the wall, and a superimposition of the different shadows produced by each of the light sources creates chromatic fusions by adding and multiplying the colour range.

VI-B-01 displays the simulation of Binary in a video projection ⎼filtered light projections that intersect each other to produce a series of chromatic additions⎼. Two rows of four alternating coloured acrylic panels (orange, yellow, dark blue and light blue) are arranged vertically on the left and right of the screen. In turn, two light sources, one on each side, perform a precise choreography to create six main light compositions and their transitions. By circumventing the physical limitations of real life, the simulated light sources are like those that would be projected by two suns.
